Margot Robbie reveals design for her production company

Margot Robbie and her husband, Tom Ackerley, have founded a production company, LuckyChap.

Its office is located in Los Angeles, and the megastar told Architectural Design that for the space, they aimed to create a “familial” feel.

In the office, there have also been nods to the films the banner produced, such as I, Tonya, and Barbie.

“These are the exact chairs from the Mattel boardroom scene with Will Ferrell,” Tom shared.

The Grammy-nominated actress meanwhile said the rooftop is her favourite spot for work. “I’m not very good at staying inside. So if I’m reading scripts or having lunch or even doing meetings, I go up to the terrace.”

In other news, Margot reportedly has signed up for her new film A Big Bold Beautiful Journey.

It will mark her first role since 2023’s Barbie. She will be co-starring with Colin Farrell, while the logline reads that it follows two strangers, Sarah (Robbie) and David (Farrell), who meet at a wedding and embark on a surreal, emotional adventure through each other’s pasts after a GPS device unexpectedly links their lives.

Besides the two stars, it will star Jodie Turner-Smith, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Billy Magnussen, Lily Rabe, and Hamish Linklater.

Yang Kogonada served as director, and Seth Reiss has written the script.

Margot’s A Big Bold Beautiful Journey will be out in cinemas on September 19.
