Britney Spears’ ex Justin Timberlake has finally responded to the explosive allegations made by her former husband Kevin Federline.

According to a new report from RadarOnline.com, Timberlake has sided with Spears after Federline accused her of being a dangerous mother along with other harsh claims in his book You Thought You Knew.

For those unfamiliar, Spears and the NSYNC star first met on The Mickey Mouse Club and went on to date for three years.

While Spears has said she never fully moved on from him, Timberlake eventually married Jessica Biel and started a new chapter.

Despite their complicated past, insiders have claimed that there remains “a sense of respect and affection” between the two, and Timberlake is now coming to her defense.

“Justin thinks it’s despicable that Kevin’s hitting her with all these terrible insults and sleazy revelations about their time together while she’s at low ebb,” the insider revealed.

“He’s not especially close with her these days and it didn’t go down well when she went into detail about their broken romance,” the source continued.

Before conclusion, the source stated, “Justin has always thought Kevin was a freeloading d******** and this book he’s written only proves it.”
